How long does shipping take?
All orders ship USPS First class or Priority Mail and generally take between 3-5 business days or up to 3 business days for Priority Mail. However, due to Covid-19, there may be a delay.

Yes, we ship to Canada and the U.K.
What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
After your package is sent to the post office, we are no longer responsible for your item(s). If your package is lost or stolen, file a claim here with USPS https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or call 1(800) 275-8777.
If your package is returned to us, you will have to repay for shipping if you want your item resent.
What if my item arrives broken?
If item arrives damaged, you have 48 hours from the time your item was delivered to contact us about potentially receiving a replacement.
How do I change the shipping address on my order?
Please email email@example.com for any shipping address changes. Please note that if your package has already been fulfilled or sent to the post office, we are unable to make any changes.
Is your jewelry solid gold?
All jewelry information is listed on the product page of each item. Most of our jewelry is gold filled, however we do offer gold plated pieces as well.
How do I properly care for gold filled jewelry?
Since our gold filled jewelry is not solid gold, they could potentially tarnish over time but that is a rare occurrence as all our items are made with high quality elements. We cannot offer an exact amount of time your pieces can be worn without possibly noticing any changes as each individual is different. The wear time of your items depend solely on personal care, natural body chemistry, and the environment it is exposed to. (i.e. humidity)
Below are tips to help extend the amount of time your pieces remain in great condition:
•Keep away from water or other liquids
•Do not spray perfume or other chemicals directly onto jewelry
•Do not sleep in jewelry
